Greenville's tallest building nears completion, promises downtown boost
GREENVILLE, Pitt County — A new hotel in Downtown Greenville is nearing the end of its construction. This will be the tallest building in Greenville, upon completion.
We spoke with the Hotel's owner and some people in the area just steps away from the build site and it's something businesses in the area are excited about.
This 8-story hotel right is right in the heart of the downtown area surrounded by all kinds of shops and restaurants excited to see an influx of people.

Greenville, NC – A groundbreaking ceremony was held Wednesday to mark the start of construction on a new Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Greenville. The eight-story, 101-room hotel, developed by Co-X Properties, is expected to open in summer 2023.
